JAmes H. Owner - Shop Foreman

James H. is a co-owner of Inconceivable Automotive and the backbone of the shop’s technical excellence. Originally from Wisconsin, James made the move south to escape the harsh winters—but he brought with him a Midwest work ethic that shows in everything he does.
With over 11 years as a certified ASE technician, James has truly done it all. He has worked every position in the shop, from lube technician to service writer to master technician. That well-rounded experience gives him a rare perspective: he understands vehicles, customers, and the repair process from start to finish.
James is an A-level technician with a deep passion for doing things the right way. He believes in proper diagnosis, not guesswork, and takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time. His approach ensures customers aren’t paying for unnecessary repairs and can trust that their vehicle is safe, reliable, and repaired with integrity.
More than just a skilled technician, James is someone who genuinely cares—about the craft, about the customer, and about setting a higher standard for what an auto repair shop should be.
Yemmi P. Lead Technician

Yemmi P. is a vital part of the heart and soul of Inconceivable Automotive. Originally from California, she brings both deep technical knowledge and unmatched energy into the shop every single day.
With 5 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic and additional years as a parts professional, Yemmi has an exceptional understanding of vehicles from the inside out. She has forgotten more about cars than most people will ever know—and she puts that knowledge to work with confidence, precision, and pride.
Yemmi is the spark of the shop: always smiling, always positive, and always ready to take on whatever challenge comes her way. She embodies the spirit of Rosie the Riveter—strong, capable, and unapologetically skilled in a field that demands grit and determination.
Her long-term vision goes far beyond the bay doors. Yemmi’s goal is to help create a shop run by women, for women, and to empower the next generation by teaching young women how to work on their own vehicles—building confidence, independence, and practical skills that last a lifetime.
Yemmi doesn’t just work in the shop—she helps shape what the future of the automotive industry can look like.
Nathan W. Owner - Service Writer

Nathan W. is the co-owner of Inconceivable Automotive and the first and last face most customers will see when they walk through the door. As the service manager and service writer, he is the bridge between the shop floor and the customer experience—making sure everything runs smoothly, clearly, and honestly from start to finish.
With a professional background in business and marketing consulting, Nathan brings structure, organization, and long-term strategy to the shop. He handles all of the paperwork, manages the finances, pays the bills, and works relentlessly behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently. On top of that, he goes to bat every single day with parts manufacturers to ensure customers aren’t overpaying now—or down the road.
Nathan is a United States Navy veteran, and he takes ownership of the shop with the same seriousness, discipline, and accountability that service instilled in him. He believes that leadership means responsibility—to the team, to the customer, and to doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Fueled by the constant support of the love of his life and wife, Trisha, Nathan is committed to keeping the shop running with order, transparency, and purpose. He is quick to say that none of this would be possible without the support, kindness, and encouragement of friends and family—people who believed in the vision long before the doors ever opened.
Nathan doesn’t just manage the shop—he protects it, advocates for its customers, and works every day to ensure Inconceivable Automotive lives up to its name in all the right ways.
Bonnie CEO - Chief Emotional Officer

Bonnie is the undisputed CEO of Inconceivable Automotive. While she does not turn wrenches, write estimates, or argue with parts manufacturers, she runs the most important department in the building: morale.
Bonnie’s daily responsibilities include greeting customers, supervising shop activity from comfortable locations, conducting surprise inspections for dropped snacks, and reminding the team to take a breath when things get hectic. Her leadership style is hands-on (and occasionally paw-on), and she is widely respected for her ability to instantly improve everyone’s mood just by existing.
She brings to the table an unmatched skill set: unconditional loyalty, expert-level tail wags, and an uncanny ability to sense when someone needs encouragement—or a reminder that it’s time for lunch. Bonnie also excels at conflict resolution, typically by sitting directly on your feet until you forget what you were stressed about.
As CEO, Bonnie sets the tone for the shop’s culture: welcoming, honest, and judgment-free. She doesn’t care what you drive, what you know about cars, or how bad your day has been—everyone is treated like family.
Bonnie takes her role very seriously. Compensation is paid in treats, belly rubs, and praise, and performance reviews are conducted daily. Failure to comply results in intense eye contact.
